Finally you can get rewarded for your hard work.

 

We will offer reductions in commission. In fact, if you sell it yourself, you pay no buyers agency commission at all! We also offer reduced commission for the following scenarios:

– Buyer is generated through James Harner Group, and no other company is involved

– Your James Harner Group listing agent brings the buyer

– You generate your own buyer in any way you are willing, ie open house, neighbor, friend, co-worker, advertisement.
